A shorter scheduled visit following an established checklist. Appropriate for recurring vacant-home checks or a defined vendor appointment.
Photo inventory — commonly $750 to $1,500+
Pricing depends on rooms, volume of contents, detail level, labeling requirements, and whether the property contains sensitive or specialty items.
Coordination and on-site observation — from $75 per hour
Used for vendor access, maintenance and repair coordination, cleanout observation, sale preparation, moves, shipping, donation, storage, and other approved field tasks. Licensed-provider charges and materials are separate unless a written quote states otherwise. Minimums may apply.
Statewide New York assignments
Travel time, mileage, tolls, parking, lodging where necessary, and an assignment minimum are stated in advance. Multi-task milestone visits are usually more cost-effective than repeated short trips.
