What supervision can include
We agree on a task list before work begins.
- Confirm approved team and scheduled arrival
- Photograph rooms before work begins
- Identify keep, ship, donate, sell-access, and discard zones
- Record approved-item handoffs and destination
- Collect donation, storage, and disposal receipts
- Photograph completion and remaining exceptions
The client decides what happens to property
We do not decide ownership or disposition. Disputed, valuable, titled, regulated, or hazardous items are stopped and referred to the appropriate decision-maker or professional.
Clear vendor approvals and costs
The client approves the provider, work scope, and expected costs in writing. Depending on the assignment, the client may contract directly with the provider or authorize us to coordinate the approved third-party service. Our coordination charges and third-party costs are clearly identified.
