Qualified professionals for regulated work
We provide property field services, documentation, access, and project coordination. Electrical, plumbing, home-improvement, inspection, appraisal, brokerage, legal, tax, engineering, insurance-adjustment, and other regulated services are performed by appropriately licensed or qualified professionals. Emergency matters should be directed to the appropriate emergency service, utility, insurer, or public authority.
Client authority, approvals, and provider terms
The client represents that they possess appropriate authority and approves providers, scopes, budgets, and instructions for property or personal items. The written service agreement identifies whether a provider contracts directly with the client or is coordinated through our approved project scope, together with applicable fees and third-party costs.
Observational reporting
Reports describe visible observations at a particular time. They do not discover or rule out hidden defects and are not warranties, professional inspections, valuations, or legal determinations.
Written engagement controls
Website information is a general description of available services. The signed service agreement, authorization, written scope, provider terms, insurance requirements, pricing, and applicable law control each assignment.
